The room was nice. The bed was hard, I kept waking up because of that. There were crumbs still in a couple of the drawers. The continental breakfast is only granola bars, coffee and muffins but we were told that they were going to discontinue serving muffins. Also one of the desk chairs in the room was already broken when we got there, not comfortable to sit in. Otherwise the staff was nice and the room was an adequate size.

First off the chairs in the room were broke and nasty so we had to exchange them for some that were not as nasty or broke. We were told Sunday morning by supervisor Ms Arie. How to go about handling this with her manager so on the day of our check out we spoke to her again and she act as though she did not know or remember us and became very rude obnoxious belligerent and acted very out of character of a supervisor's role which made us feel that our stay even though we were leaving was made very unpleasant by her she needs training in her role as a supervisor and and how to handle guests who spend their hard-earned money to be in a respectable and pleasant environment that she did not provide

We just checked into the stay America located at the Chicago - Burr Ridge location and have NEVER met a more rude, disrespectful employee in my life.  The room is nice and thank you for that!  I can not believe you would allow your employees to be so rude...just unacceptable!!!!  It's really to bad!!!!
 I would like to make a suggestion to upper management...hire people with a little customer service skills!!!!!

Budget place for a decent bed and breakfast. Though breakfast was carry and go. Decent service. Place does not have a restaurant. Not much of a view. Functional no frills place.

Location was very accessible to the Highway. Price was reasonable but house keeping needed to be stepped up.
