I only stayed one night but i liked the hotel. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and big. Coffee was given. Shuttle to the airport was available every 20 minutes. I will definitely go back to this hotel.

Room was great, clean, check in was easy,  front desk ladies were taking to each other more than me though :(... And on NYE, it was frigid and the automatic doors at entry were broken, it was a pain for these really nicely dressed people having to wiggle their way around all the rest of us getting off our airport shuttle. Restaurant was really great, service was great, staff in restaurant very good. Pool was the reason we stayed and was very disappointing... Chlorine smell was noxious. Hot tub was barely 99 degrees. Tile was old. Towels ran out. Plastic Walmart chairs to sit in were uncomfortable.  This hotel needs an update to the pool area.

The hotel was clean and in great condition. The front desk was extremely helpful and getting us to a restaurant for another meeting. Everyone I spoke with was very amicable in all they did.

Stayed here when we had a canceled flight out of O'Hare.  Very nice place and helpful/cheerful staff. Room was excellent. Would definitely return if ever would need to overnight here. The restaurant (Mirage) had ribs that were among the best I've had.

Great hotel for staying while visiting Chicago on a budget. Little far from the downtown area but we had our own car so it wasn't that bad traveling to and from. Staff is great and friendly.
