After reading all of the reviews, needless to say my wife and I were not excited about staying here, we have a young daughter and we want her to be in a safe and clean environment at all times. When we arrived the hotel looked great from the outside! The grounds were well manicured and the parking lot was clean as well. There was no one hanging out in the parking lot and it was pretty quiet. I felt relieved! I told my husband that this was a good sign. When we walked in the hotel smelled good. Since each room has a kitchenette, I was expecting it to smell like a hot mess! I was presently surprised. We were greeted by Jill (who was amazing) she provided us with a quick check in and informed us about how things work. Even though the maid only comes one a week if you stay 7 days or more, you can have a maid come in daily for an additional $10 a day. At any time you can come to the front desk to get linen and towels for free. You can also get all of your kitchen supplies from the front desk. The supplies were very clean. Our room was extremely clean and smelled fresh. The room was quiet, we didn't hear anyone in the hall (we were on the first floor by the elevator) or our neighbors. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall our stay was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

This is not my first time staying at this hotel, but it will definitely be the last time. Absolutely horrible experience. On Friday, I was made to wait 2 hours to check in, after the 3:30 check-in time. Get to the room and everything seems okay until we get back from dinner at around 9:30 to 10 p.m., and we find that the air conditioner has started to leak water all over the floor. Call the front desk who basically says they can't do anything for us and for us to put towels down on the floor. Call back Saturday morning, as it has started to smell bad, and speak to a different front desk clerk who says they will call me back in an hour or so. After about 4 hours I had to have my boyfriend call the front desk. They offered a switch us to a double room from our King room, but will not refund the difference in the cost of the rooms (because a double room is much cheaper than a king room.) When we ask how long it'll take maintenance to fix it they said they'll be there tomorrow (on Sunday) so we decided to wait it out. Sunday comes and they send cleaning lady to the room who shop vacs the AC unit and puts down clean towels. The room is smelling horrible like mildew and mold, but the front desk can't do anything because they're completely booked, or so they say. Maintenance guy shows up Monday shampoos carpet fixes AC unit, but the room still reeks, but now it reeks like Peach scented mildew and mold. Call the front desk to ask for help or complain and told it there is no other room and to give it time. Tuesday morning I'm getting physically ill from the smell and I'm extremely frustrated so I go down to the front desk and demand to be changed to a different room. This is at 10:30 a.m. . They tell me to be ready to change within the hour, but the room was not available or ready until after 3:30 and they made me wait there the entire time I couldn't go do any of the things I needed to do because I had to be ready at a moment's notice to change rooms. New room was much smaller than the old one which I was fine with because it didn't smell like death, but the new air conditioner barely worked. Was told that was getting a $70 credit because of my frustration, but I have yet to receive my refund and I'm currently in talks with corporate about it because this is getting ridiculous. (It has been over a week) I used used to like this hotel and recommended it, never again.

This is my first time staying here... its alright i like that there is a refrigerator,stove and microwave very helpful with young children. I dont like the lack of cleaning!!! Whichever cleaning ladies work here now truly need to be fired. Im cleaning and wiping everything down as we speak 😶
