Kind of old and run down. I've seen much nicer La Quintas. People were nice. No hot breakfast but there is breakfast. One slow elevator and stuffy in the halls. Kinda..."mehh".... overall. Underwhelmed. But not BAD by any means.

For the time that I spent at the hotel there was noise there was shouting there was running there was banging throughout the night, I even had kids playing on my room phone calling and hanging up and asking who I am. I called down to the front desk to warn them of the noise and also tell them about the kids playing on the phone and it continue to happen. Saturday morning I woke up to the maids arguing about time that they spent on duty I'm guessing it was the main supervisor and the Maids that were on staff working, this was around 8 a.m. in the morning it woke me up out my sleep and my girlfriend could not sleep either. This by far is the worst I've spent at an hotel for the amount of money ($380) that I spent for 2 days.

Very disappointed in this LaQuinta (100 SW 12th Avenue, Deerfield Beach, FL). Old hotel, not well maintained, smells moldy. Breakfast room is small, uncomfortable; food offered is of low quality and unappealing. No hand towels or soap in bathroom near the breakfast room. All waste bins on 1st floor were overflowing with trash. For all this, we paid $185 (+tax), for a 1 night stay. Will not stay here again, do not recommend it. Very disappointed in this LaQuinta, and LaQuinta in general, as I thought I could trust the name, to have a good experience. After writing this review, I spoke with the front desk associate, who refunded about 50% of the total bill. I appreciate her attentiveness to my concerns, and the good customer service, in providing a refund. My rating and review stay the same; I hope that the hotel management can address some of the maintenance issues.
