I loved the manager she was extremely helpful in reserving our room. The staff are very polite and jumped to help me out! I recommend everyone to stay here! Its in a nice area with wonderful people. Also the rates are great!

Price was great, but our room was near elevator and we heard it all night, as well as some kind of banging on 1 of the walls. Sofa bed had dirty mattress and trash was on and under it. There were no sheets or blankets for it either. There was hair in shower drain and some in 1 bed when we pulled open sheets. There was 1 wash cloth for 4 of us. There was no ice machine in hotel. Our check out clerk was not friendly or welcoming. They carry a lot of the responsibility for how guests feel upon arrival and at check out. We arrived after 4pm to check in and our room wasn't ready. We had to leave for 30 to 40 minutes. I think we'll look elsewhere to stay next time we're in town.

Pet friendly. Kitchenette in every room. Need to get cups, coffee maker, dishes from front desk. Some discounts are available. Call or use the internet to get best price.

Worst stay ever. Had no wash cloths in room. Was told they were out. What? Never brought any. They advertise breakfast. It is a packaged muffin or cereal bar. Breakfast? Not

April 28, 2018 Early this morning around 2am, a lot of police all over this hotel for gun shots things. Police officer all screaming (PUT YOUR HANDS UP. PUT THE GUN DOWN and repeating over and over , louder and louder. I believed all guess in this hotel No way can sleep. The hotel is blocking guess in and guess out . This is a very cheap hotel with a very bad management. No internet wifi for over 3 weeks and no one care. Every time i go to the reception and talked to difference staffs and no one can help. Most the staffs there and manager not really care about customers and business. My entire life never have seen a hotel's management such slow service. They will take weeks to fix something. If you just stay 1 night then ok. More than 3 days then better get other brand hotels. The hotel walkway always smell weed. You check in stay more than 3 days then you know .........
