I arrived and departed outside if lobby hours. So I wasn't formally greeted, not formally checked in not checked out. This informal check in caused issues with me getting WiFi and I had to call their network support to get a special access code. The room was nice and clean, very light on the complimentary soap and shampoos. The shower was perfect. Nice hot, well pressured shower. Experience just made me feel weird overall and I don't know if I would overnight here again.

This is pretty bad. I have never ever done a review on something, but this needs to be fixed. We walked in and it smells slightly like a rotting body. A really bad smell. We just asked the front desk for air freshener and they gave us fabric freshener and I has done absolutely nothing. We looked under the bed to see if we could find the source of the smell, and we found a cigarette butt in the none smoking section and a part of a "blunt" wrap. It is so dirty under the bed and the carpets desperately need cleaning. The hardwood part of the floor has what looks like a pile of dust swept into the corner and in some spots like it needs a good mopping. Like I said, I never make reviews, especially negative ones, but this needed to be said. I am so disappointed. I feel dirty sleeping in the beds but we have no other option but to stay here. The only good thing about this place is that we get to leave in the morning and go back home. We are so disappointed and can never give our money to this hotel again. Complete waste of money and a damper on our vacation.

Great place for a long term stay. Be sure to ask for Corinne (general mgr) and Gunes (asst mgr). They are awesome!!

Stayed with a large group for over a week. Very very very impressed with their customer service! Friendly helpful staff who went above and beyond for our many absurd requests. Rooms and amenities are good too and deserving of the rating but the customer service is the reason I'm writing it

Hotel staff was pleasant and professional. Building had a bad smell. A/C barely cooled the room. Vent in bathroom didn't work.
