Beds were comfortable. Pillows were amazing. But the blankets were on the thin side. The staff didn't explain much about the hotel when I checked in either.

I've stayed here several times in the past, and never had an issue.  However, my air conditioner was barely working and I was extremely hot all night..I kept asking if they could take a look at it and they couldn't figure out the problem.  The next morning they told me that it wasn't their fault and said if I had any further complaints that I would have to call their manager, who wasn't in.

Very nice looking hotel. Room was 58 degrees though - very cold. Nice TV situation with full Direct Tv

Had a terrible experience. Treadmill broke while using it- the belt popped up and my friend fell. When we told them about it they said they aren't responsible...had 2 rooms for 2 nights and they offered one nights refund after being extremely rude. When we also complained that our AC was broken and rattling all night and the toilet was stuck on that Pre-flush noise, the manager Constantine, told us that people should just use earplugs if they have those issues..we were shocked and complained to Hilton corporate.

I have stayed at this hotel on three separate occasions. The rooms are always very clean and the staff is very helpful with a smile. The wifi could stand to be a bit faster and is difficult to connect to even for a techy such as myself. Pound for pound, best hotel in the area for the price.
