Among the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I stayed here on 7/28/17. First of all, I should have had a King bed, but they gave me two fulls- I didn't say anything about this to them, though it annoyed me. The room seemed fine when I checked in around noon, and still seemed fine when my husband arrived around 6pm. However, when we got back from the wedding, the room smelled like someone had literally been inside smoking a cigarette. It was terrible. None of my friends who had rooms around mine had this issue and the hallway also did not smell of smoke. The hotel was supposedly booked so they could not move me. Their solution was to send someone in to spray a strong chemical on the carpets, beds, curtains, etc. so that my room would smell like whatever that was instead of the cigarette smoke. The next day, I called to speak to the GM (what I was told to do by the desk staff the night before). He showed up hours later than I was told he would be there, and sent an extremely junior person to speak with me instead, who was very nice but clearly had no idea what he was doing and had no business dealing with the situation. I asked him to go get the GM. Shawn Rashi (the GM) showed up with an attitude. He was completely unprofessional and rude, did not apologize once, stood over me making excuses that didn't even make sense, and I have a hard time understanding how he is in a client facing/client service position. I highly discourage anyone from staying at this hotel.

Very nice hotel construct. Friendly staff. Nice bar and restaurant. Cons are road noise next to highway, beds are very bouncy. Otherwise I'd recommend it as a very nice stay

Stayed here after a work party. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Good drinks at the bar, room was clean and not too expensive to be honest! They even called 10 minutes after we checked in just to make sure the room was to our liking. Very impressed, would stay again if we needed to be in the area overnight.

Incredible service :) stayed here for my wedding and couldn't have asked for much more out of them. Our guests had no major issues with getting into our room blocks and the front desk did a great job getting our goodie bags to everyone. Awesome hotel

Breakfast was average at best. The rooms are pretty nice. Although it took me a minute to figure out the thermostat. Had a room on ground level wasnt a first for me but I don't love it. I want to walk around bare ass and not have to worry about it. Had to make sure the blinds were closed here.
