Hotel and restaurant staff very nice, friendly. Enjoyed restaurant. Wonderful unrequested feature - fire alarm wake up at 7:30 am. Alarm was silenced and strobes off after 3 cycles but nothing over the speakers as to cause, stay, evacuate. When leaving at 8:30 am the elevator is shut down and the handicapped have to hike down the stairs. Staff is still nice, operations sucks.

The Hotel was really nice and they had a great pool. I really enjoyed how comfortable my bad was and how clean the room was. The decor needs to be up updated because once you step out of be very modern Lobby you are greeted by the grossest carpets from the 1980s. Otherwise I definitely enjoyed my stay.

They over booked the Hotel AGAIN! We got here at 11pm and were not in our room until 1:50am. There is Breakfast but for a small charge of $17.50. There was no shampoo,conditioner in the room. But on the brighter side the rooms were clean, beds were hard not comfortable and there is great parking

I had to book a room for two of my staff that would be working in the area. A day or two before we decided to send one more guy for one night (the other two were staying for the week). I checked the website and they said they had rollaway beds available. When the guys got there they said they do no have them any more...they changed their policy two months ago and never updated the website. So I called to book a second room because there were no cots available. They refused to book a room for only one night, both the front desk and reservations said there is a two night minimum. Given the misinformation on their site and lack of desire to help fix the situation I will not be using them again. I have over two months of hotel booking to do for my staff in this area and they will not be getting my business. I didn't ask for a discounted rate, I simply wanted a second room for one night when there was plenty of availability. Secondly, they refused to charge the credit card on file that the rooms were booked with at the end of the stay. I have never encountered a hotel not charging the card on file and slipping the receipt under the door. My guys had to scramble early in the AM to make payment because of this. Unprofessional, poor customer service, never again!

Overall an OK stay for business travel. My room was on the lower level, with a window looking out into the hall to the window outside, which was a little unusual but didn't impact my stay. The room was OK, but I didn't like the outdated temperature control- I had to keep the lever on full cool with the fan on to keep it somewhat comfortable. Ironically, the fridge in my room ran super-cold and partially froze my food even with the dial set in the middle. Staff was pleasant, and the breakfast buffet was OK.
