Great place to stay with a full size refrigerator, a Microwave and stove top close to LGA and parkways. Handicapped parking available as well as a huge parking lot. Friendly staff.... Ask for Kirsten she's very helpful and friendly. As well as the rest of the staff

Was only there for a night but no complaints. Staff was friendly and room was spacious. I enjoyed my stay here

I hope the service here has gotten better because a year ago it was insanely bad. After my family checked in we made or way to the elevators. A man wheeled a bicycle loaded down with bags of stuff into the hotel and parked it in the hallway. He looked at us and said "What is this this, the Welcome Inn?" In the room not only was the toilet seat covered in urine, but there was no toilet paper and both garbages in the room were completely full of trash. I ended up having to kill a cockroach. Later when I went down to the vending machine the man was asleep on the couch, his bike parked in the hallway. After everyone went to bed my mother was woken up by a crawling sensation on her body. There were cockroaches in bed with her. None of us slept for the rest of the night. In the morning we had to get up early to catch a morning flight. The night clerk told us that the shuttles start at 7, and recommended we take the 8 am shuttle to get to the airport. She told us to get there early as the shuttle doesn't like to wait long. 8 am and there was no shuttle. 8:20 am rolls by and there's still no shuttle. One of the groups waiting with us goes in to ask where the shuttle is, as they had a much earlier flight than we did. The same clerk as the night before tells them that the shuttle is stuck in traffic and will be much later. Now, I know that New York traffic is unpredictable, but apparently it happened quite often that the shuttle is very late. I hope the service has gotten much better at this location.

I personally didn't stay but had a family member who did and went well. Stayed for 2 weeks room was perfect. Accesible to mass transportation . A+
