I stay in many hotels, and this is one of my favorites. The staff here is just the best, you are delayed they take care of you and understand that weather happens, they go above and beyond... even better than some 5 stars in Manhattan, love the big rooms!! Overall always a pleasure being here! Thank you to the staff you guys are the best!

Had a great stay, up until my last hour. The shuttle driver Anthony was extremely rude...  I asked the front desk if we could take the shuttle to catch our flight, to which she responded, "I'll ask, but it depends if the driver is being mean or nice." (sort of an odd response to a seemingly simple question...) After returning from the valet kiosk, where two leaning employees were talking and laughing, she informed me that "he was being mean" and I would have to wait for the shuttle as it had ran every 30 minutes and I had missed it by 6 minutes. The shuttle driver, Anthony continued to talk and laugh with the valet, even coming back to flirt with girls the front desk, all the while a completely free shuttle waited. When the second shuttle arrived, we we're escorted to the same shuttle that was sitting there the entire time... Slap in the face, much? To twist the dagger a little more, he dropped us at arrivals instead of departures... Aside from Anthony, the staff was polite and accommodating, and Brandon the bartender was a real charmer. Ask him to show you some bar tricks!

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights, and we loved it. The staff was incredibly helpful and the continental breakfast was one of the best I've had. Rooms and cleanliness were probably average. I would've given this only 4 stars for location, since it's a half mile from the metro stop, but shuttle does drop off and pick up there too.

This place is a good place to stay in and to enjoy with some privacy..... It's near to the street and you can see the Hudson River from the window of the room which is a great and wide.. Comfortable.. Beds.. Toilets.. Carpets... Lights.. Televisions.. Internet... It's nice place to stay some of time in it.....

The hotel was nice, decent breakfast, good location. Other guests make the visit simply ok. We were awakened due to loud guests at 2-3am.
