Get what you pay for.  Extremely convenient to Cities Field.  Room was clean bur sparsley appointed.  Elevator area smelled a bit as if pets stay here?  Not sure on animal policy but definitely smelled like pet urine on my floor near the elevator.  Rooftop bar has nice view.

The hotel staff have been incredibly friendly since we arrived. Their restaurant recommendations were excellent, a Target store is right across the street. Generally quiet and very clean. The rooftop bar is of excellent quality and they have a large variety of offerings. Couldn't be happier.

We thought that this hotel was excellent. The front desk staff were courteous and knowledgeable, the room was a very good size with a great bathroom - very clean and just about perfect. The roof top bar has spectacular views and the surrounding Chinatown area was charming. We would return to this hotel in a heartbeat. I would give the hotel 6 stars if I could

Attended a party at the roof top bar. Nice place but far too small. Bar tender didn't know anything about the beers and couldn't give me a good recommendation.

Parked my car in their basement parking lot to eat at a Chinese restaurant in the same building.
Before parking, I asked whom I thought was the parking lot attendant and only person who was present there if I could park there.
He told me I could, but when I was leaving the hotel concierges insisted that I pay their parking fee of $27. Even though their own employee gave me permission to park there. The Parc Hotel employees were rude as can be.
They actually took pride in their behavior when I told them this is how they trader people in China, but not in USA.
