Convenient- I simply love this place I stay here at least once a month every time I've stayed here it has meet my expectations. I think the main reason I stay here is because it is convenient to everything nearby. The staff is friendly and always willing to help.

The hotel is within a building with stores and restaurants. Very clean. Hotel reception was very friendly. Got to the room and it was very clean. Very neutral toned ( white & silver) 
There is a cracked tile in the bathroom. Tv wasn’t working very distorted channels. Hotel Maintenance came and “rebooted” the channels seemed like it was working and then once you past Ch. 6 the digital distortion kicked on. Hubby also did the “reboot” but nothing changed. We called the front desk to see if we could get another room. We were told that the hotel has changed and/or is changing cable providers so there is issues with the service at this time and changing the room wouldn’t rectify the matter. It was a downer as we just wanted to come in and unwind from the day and veg in front of the tv. Hopefully if we come back this will all be resolved. Also the vending machine on our floor wasn’t working🤔👎🏼

The room is fairly clean. The service is good. The location is convenient. Everything is new. Good restaurant in the same building. Only compliant is the breakfast, too little selection. But which is free. I won't give negative review about it. Overall great.

Stayed at this hotel for one night. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the pillows weren't very comfortable either. The amenities seemed to be lacking since they didn't have disposable razors or shaving cream, something I have had at other hotels. Also, the air conditioner didn't work, and the room was warm at night and made it less comfortable for trying to fall asleep. The shower was nice though with good water pressure. The complimentary shampoo and conditioner were not good.

Very nice looking rooms inside. The interior of the hotel is very well furnished and clean. There are a couple of restaurants located in the same building, which is pretty convenient, especially if you like Chinese food. Only negative is the location as there doesn't seem to be much to do in the area.
