We came here from out of state to have surgery and spent nine days in this hotel. The first night we were in a handicap room and the beds were like a rock. Realizing we had to spend this much time we decided to ask the front desk if we could switch rooms with different mattresses. Kayla was amazing and helped us get into a new room with new mattresses. The beds were very comfortable. We also found Niki to be very accommodating. We ate at the restaurant one night, and the food was quite good. Sometimes the coffee in the morning was cold. We wish that they had a continental breakfast, as $10 is too much to pay for breakfast. Overall, the staff took great care of us, while recovering from knee surgery. Thanks for a great stay.

Rooms were clean, bed was hard. We had some issues with check-in, someone supposedly checked in under our name. It was worked out and we got a room. Customer service was average.

Nice and clean place with courteous staff. One elevator was not working, yet everything was nice.

Very clean hotelwith friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are clean and spacious. Attached restaurant is a fun spot to hang out after work for a few drinks. Food could be better though.

Some of the kitchen staff needs to be more attentive to the customers. They seem to act like they don't care about the customers. The king size mattress was very comfortable.
