Had to do 4 days worth of pick up and drop offs for a film group staying at the hotel. I was able to use the services with ease and get a cup of coffee for free. The sitting areas were wonderful and the staff was nice. There was this young receptionist with black hair who I shortly chatted with, never got her name but she recognized the character on my shirt from an obscure game. She was cool, sucks I never got her name. Anyway point is the staffs really cool and helpful.

Amazingly accommodating hotel. The room was spacious, good temperature regulation, hotel staff was helpful with all requests. We were even able to get a 2:30 pm check out because the flight of one of the people staying did not leave until 445. They were more than happy to extend that to us.

I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. I felt right at home with the spacious suite and amenities. The staff were also a pleasure to be around. I like that they made it clear who are the trainees. It was a great experience all around and I highly recommend them if they continue their competitive Priceline deal. I’ve stayed at a lot of places in the Tampa area and you’ll have a hard time finding another place as spacious for the same or better price.

Nice hotel. Its converted from some sort of condo/apartment unit. Living area with sink/frig/microwave. Bathroom small. Can use updates though. Heated indoor pool with ok gym.

I was staying 2 nights at this hotel for a training seminar. This hotel is very beautiful with a central garden atrium, and I was surprised to see that all of the rooms were suites. However, shortly after checking in I realized there was no hot water in the room. As I had just driven 4.5 hours from Ft. Lauderdale you can imagine I really wanted to take a shower and relax for a few minutes. My seminar began at 1pm so I decided it would just have to wait so I stopped by the front desk to let them know about the water. It turned out that it was just the first of many requests to find out why there was no hot water and I finally wound up taking a shower the following evening at around 9pm. I had to threaten not to pay the bill before maintenance finally showed up. I was told the manager would call me back to resolve this issue and that never happened either. In addition to that, the carpet was wet in front of the refrigerator and the ice machine was not working. Although the hotel is pretty and the rooms are really nice, the restaurant food is so/so, the breakfast buffet was pricey and in general the hotel is in need of much better maintenance and better management.
