Great stay. Clean, updated rooms at a great location. Easy to get to from the Hwy. House keeping staff is very good and polite. Breakfast was a little underwhelming, as it was $14.95 and resembled a holiday inn express free breakfast but without the pancake maker. I just expected more variety. Shower heads are very conservative with water, which is great not to waste water, but also took much longer to use the shower. Elevators are very fast, something important to me.

I was there for a Mary Kay event. We used conference rooms and ballrooms. They were very comfortable and of good quality. The views were amazing. It was hard to believe that the ballrooms used too be part of the parking. There was a veranda overlooking a waterway with a view of done fantastic architecture. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

It appears to be an old hotel that's been well kept and taken care of. The A/C system takes a while to cool the room. The most important thing is that it's comfortable and I like that.

Excellent place to stay for a couple of days. The rooms have all the extras to make your stay feel very cozy and safe. I enjoyed staying here and had a lot of fun the breakfast is amazing and the service was excellent I could ask for anything I needed and I would get it.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels you can check them out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... The hotel itself is fine, but the restaurant experience was terrible. They were clearly understaffed, and despite having a very limited menu (maybe a dozen options) were running out of everything. I ordered a veggie burger & fries, and after 15 minutes the waiter let me know that they were out of veggie burgers. I picked a salad & fries, but was given sweet potato fries because they'd run out of regular ones (I wasn't asked). Shortly thereafter, a friend ordered sweet potato fries and they brought him a bag of potato chips w/o asking. They'd run out of sweet potato fries too.
