I was dealing with the Public Storage off Old Bridge Road, and numerous times have had bad experiences there.. now my company has switched to the Fullerton Rd location, and Radhia (the manager) has been such a breath of fresh air.. she is so nice, very helpful, professional & absolutely pleasant to work with 

If anyone has any issues with other locations or companies, I highly recommend coming here; 5 stars all the way 👍🏼👌🏼🤙🏼

The location is simple and great access to 95. Radhia was very helpful and nice. She started us off by showing the unit which was clean explained the timers for the lights and gave us our lock and keys. Once the paperwork was done, she walked us through the process of the access code to the gate and made sure we knew how to operate it and that it worked. All in all a smooth process.

Staff is wonderful but public storage as a company is a criminal enterprise. They force you to buy a lock at $25 dollars which has a tendency to freeze in the cold weather and you can’t get into to your storage area. Many people have had this problem. If you vacate your space at any time you don’t get prorated refund. I hate this company.

I love this facility. We rented for a couple of months and the place was clean and secure. Registration was easy and we got offered a good deal as well. Radhia who helped us was very helpful and patience. Thank you very much...we will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family

Amazing staff and great facility. The manager (Radia) who I have dealt with mostly is very friendly she is always very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for storage in the area!
