Great prices, great staff & good facilities make this self storage facility & location stand out from the competition in this storage-centric area of West Los Angeles. This facility is comprised of two buildings joined together to make a larger self-storage business. The newer building is as state of the art as any competitor. But it's main entrance is out of site compared to the older building which is located on West Pico but is hidden away by the Metro Train tracks and a busy intersection. EZ Storage is easy ad it comes and is located within walking distance of several competitors. That makes it EZ for price comparisons! They have a promotion of the first three months @ 1/2 price & if you refer a friend you get a $20.00 credit.

My unit had multiple problems. The worst was that it was broken into and robbed. I was not notified. Also there was a hole in my roof where dirt and debris fell through into my unit all over my stuff. The management said they fix the problem but it happened again a few months later. They were very unresponsive it took many many calls and emails eventually I had to call corporate to get any sort of response. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Also there were no security cameras of any kind to catch the thieves who stole my items. Nothing was done by management.
