I wish I didn't have to give any stars. THIS PLACE SUCKS!! The management company and their new replaced management company are completely unprofessional. I rented a spot for four months while my daughter went through a bone marrow transplant at UCSF. Moved in, kept the place immaculate, barely lived there, moved out, cleaned it better than before and guess what......I'm in my second month of fighting and hassles to get my full deposit back. All kinds of promises that don't get delivered on and then back to it all over again. LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE!!

Made reservation on the internetsite, worked fine, found a ziplock bag with my name on it with all the needed information. 
Site is very loud because directly besides the road. Showers and toilets are ok.

We support your rental hikes 100%. This is why they are called "Mobile Homes". Costs increase and we support mangement on this issue.
