Im rating this place one star and notice two incidences of threatened violence by the manager in the reviews. No one should give good reviews and support a place where the manager pulls naked kids out of showers, threatens to punch kids in the face and tells people to "come down here and settle this in person", no matter what your individual experience is.

The guy who works here Vince is one of the most rude individuals I have ever encountered it's almost comical what a jerk the guys is. He obviously hates his life and has decided to take it out on everyone he comes in contact with. Save yourself the headache and find another place to stay.

Perhaps the rudest customer nonservice have experience in 20 or 30 years. I doubt they really care if they get crappy reviews, since they clearly have all the business that they are interested in. If at all possible go somewhere else, like San Francisco RV resort.

The owner refused us with out letting us even speak. He was rude has hell! Placed looked small and did not have individual space for each RV. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO AVOID THIS PLACE.

Nice place considering you are in South San Fran.....Easy in and out but the office is not at the entrance.. look to the building farther to the left Pads are concrete and level...mostly full time residence...great showers but no wifi or cable...reasonably close to the city
