They are unsympathetic and money hungry. They did many tests of my sweet cat and basically told me to put him down after charging me near $1000. They asked me for another $200 to find out for sure that he had what they thought he had. I told them NO. Why didn't they do that with the $1000? I tried to get more information and left the doctor a message which was never returned. I guess they just wanted the $200 and could care less about my dying cat. That was 2 weeks ago and my cat is getting better. Take your pet there at your own risk!

The Eye Care Center for Animals lost my dog's eye! Yes, you read that correctly. We were not able to perform a histology test on his eye. I understand things happen, and accepted the vet's apology. Here's what upset me though. I was told that someone would contact me about a refund for the histology. Nobody contacted me; I had to call 5 times. Someone named Kami supposedly refunded my money. I received a receipt but no credit. When I called Kami, she was rude and unsympathetic. So they losses my dog's eye (so we don't know what condition he is in), they made no effort to make things right, and I was treated poorly by the receptionist. Avoid this place like the plague!

Dr. Knollinger was great. She explained my dogs disease in a way that I understood. She was very optimistic in my dogs case that she would not be hindered in any way. I left feeling like she knew exactly how to take care of my dog. Very happy with the services rendered.
