Donnie at Wirenuts was amazing! He knew right away what he needed to do and was very professional. He took the time to explain the issue and explained in detail what he was going to need to do to repair everything! He was quick and efficient as well. Donnie also discussed other issues we were having and gave us recommendations on what we could do to fix it. We most definitely will call Donnie again for any future electrical needs! He is our go to guy! thanks Donnie!!

Wire Nuts were great! They arrived on time, diagnosed, and fixed my problems quickly but carefully (They were NOT in a rush to get out of my home). Tyler was well trained, friendly, and professional. I would recommend Wire Nuts due to today's house call. Tyler made sure I was 100% satisfied prior to leaving my home. He also vacuumed up the little bit of dust that came out of the socket when he replaced it. Very satisfied customer.

Our technician, Donnie, was amazing! He provided helpful information about how the wiring was done in our house, as well as fixing the problem! So thankful for the wonderful service he provided! I highly recommend him!

Knowledgeable and friendly technician. Called ahead and arrived on time. Explained what he was doing as he diligently checked all of the affected areas to find and fix the problem. Excellent service and would definitely use again for any electrical issues.

[Service, Technician] Tyler was very friendly and informative. He was up front with what was covered and what wasn't. He did offer suggestions and advise for how to repair our front porch light fixture, including the part I should get. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about what he was working with.
