RUDE email to my wife, "Umm yeah so I emailed you back 5 days ago........no response from you......I'll assume you're a flake." Wife was waiting on me to take photos so he could give an estimate.

Received a LAUNDRY list of electrical items that needed fixing from a home inspection report. Sent him the report (which had pictures) over email, he promptly replied with an estimate. (How easy is that?) He broke it down by an hourly labor cost. Extremely reasonable. He arrived 10 min early the day of, came up with a solution that would actually take less time and was more efficient for the biggest job on the list, and charged me LESS than what he estimated over email! If I could give him 6 stars I would!

Renovating a kitchen and needed to move electric wiring from an island cabinet to a new half wall. Also needed some recessed cans and pendants installed. Graham Electric is efficient and knowledgeable. We are also impressed by the quick response upon emailing for information. He came highly recommended, we will be using him for our next project.
