I've had a great experience with  FW Webb.  True, the have a wholesale section where they sell primarily to businesses, however, they also have a retail section and show room where you can look at the different products that they have. We use a lot of the FW Webb faucets and other items the ceramic faucets since they're easy to fix and they're decent quality for a decent price.
They do have a limited quantity of items on their shelves but you can always go to inside sales & order hard to find items from them. They're very helpful in trying to find outdated or unusual products and offering solutions for those. I have used FW Webb in the past and will continue to use them going forward.

Staff wants to make sure you get what you want and need. They don't rush of push unneeded things on you.
