I've been going to Fairfield Automotive for ten years now: they've worked on my Toyota, VW, Subaru, Ford truck, and now my Chevy Truck. It's a small shop run by a guy who really knows his cars. Honest service and quality repairs. I've always been impressed with his work and prices.

There is only 1 mechanic who owns the shop he is old school so you know he knows his stuff 😎 my car is running like new

Tom was able to fix the problem with my car quickly and sufficiently--it runs great now. He's a great guy and will try his best to suit your needs, financial or not. I strongly recommend Fairfield Automotive!

Have taken my car to Fairfield several times over the past 2-3 years and was very satisfied with the service. However, my most recent visit was very disappointing. I will say that Tom was prompt, and he was fairly informative about my car's issues. Beyond that, though, he performed some totally unrelated services without my permission (meaning I owed him 50% more than the estimate), didn't perform all the services I requested upfront, and left behind some "mysteriously" newly broken parts. I've been treated worse by mechanics, but I will certainly take my car someplace else in the future.
