Incredibly slow. It took them two weeks to fix the bumper on my car and then the day it was supposed to be done,they called and said it would be another three days. Everyone is very polite, but just slow.

I previously only gave this business 2 stars. However, when I went to pick up my car, the management did a great job of explaining why it took so long to finish my car. The work they did also looks great.

Great service! Didn't feel like I was walking into a grease pit. Lobby is clean, well-lit, and has a kid's play area. Most importantly, free coffee! Very happy we picked this place.

I originally posted a not so nice review for Service King.  As frustrated as I was, Mike was great through the whole thing.  It took a little more time than expected to fix, but I'm glad they took care of the things that needed to be done.  They also helped me get a rental since I was out of a vehicle.  I'm thankful for Mike and the crew that fixed my car.

Miss Amy provided phenomenal customer service over the phone. Her knowledge and understanding of my predicament was outstanding. She provided me with information that I'm sure was outside of her job title but was very helpful to my situation. She not only went above and beyond to answer my questions but also provided answers I didn't know I needed. I look forward to my appointment with them in the morning. Thank you so much! Yall's great customer service has eliminated a significant amount of stress that comes with needing car repairs.

I went to to get an estimate and wss told I had to make an appointment.  That never happened when it was Tatmans Auto Body.
