Rooms are clean and staff is accommodating. I had the river view room with an outside balcony. Loved the view. Rooms and infrastructure is dated but in working order. Restaurant on site was handy and the staff there was amazing. All in all a nice stay.

Locations is beautiful, its right on the river. The room my family and I stayed in was very spacious and clean. We had a mini kitchenette, gas fireplace and a balcony. The river is a stones toss away. The inside pool could be a little warmer. But other than the pool our stay was amazing!

The location of the hotel was nice. Wasn't hard to find and it's easy to get out. The rooms were nice too, although for some reason the lights my room had no lightbulbs. This was most likely because I checked in early though.

A huge désappointement. The Shilo Inn in Bend did not reach my expectations. The screen wasn't working, the cleaning room service is just going to make the bed. Our towels were not changed, and the room was not cleaned (no garbage removed). Also the breakfast is a huge disappointment. It was a little 15yo who was trying to keep up with everything. The price did not reflect the prestations and quality of services that you would expect. You should definitely consider another place for your stay. I'm giving two stars because the king bed was very comfortable and the jacuzzi was really nice.

Normally my favorite place to stay especially since I have always received a Veterans discount and the service has been great. This time however I was told they were no longer doing any discounts not even AAA. I had looked on line earlier that day to make sure they had rooms and the discount was still there. The front counter staff were not very pleasant and it really seemed like they did not even wish to be there. The breakfast was not what it used to be. Probably will start looking for a new place to stay when I travel to Bend.
