The Riverhouse was an excellent experience. From the start, check in was easy and the clerk was friendly. He was also so kind to give us a welcome package for our dog which included toys, treats, waste bags, and a water bowl. Our room was clean, spacious, and inviting. The toiletries were nice and the linens were soft. The beds were also quite comfortable. We appreciated the Kuerig and refrigerator in the room. The pet area was convenient but our dog is a bit picky and did not love that it was only dirt. However, there were tons of paths and trails yo walk around the property and along the river so she eventually found a suitable location to do her business. The river was gorgeous and it was really nice to be able to go on a long walk and still be on the hotel property.

The staff here are amazing. My family stayed here for my sister's birthday, and every employee (from the front desk, to the bartender in the lounge) did everything they could to ensure she had a happy birthday. She loved the rockstar treatment on her special day and will definitely be celebrating future events with Riverhouse on the Deschutes. All our rooms were nicely furnished and absolutely spotless. In addition, the river views proved to be quite spectacular. It was a nice quiet retreat during our weekend adventures in Bend.

I will be attending the River house this fall for an event my organization is hosting. This week's trip we met with the event coordinator on site to discuss room organization, availability, catering, etc. We worked with Jessica and she was really great about allowing us to walk through the space, discuss our needs, provided suggestions and was friendly. I'll have more to review after the event and staying in the hotel (which is beautiful).

The staff was just amazing! I was curious about food stuff, but was just considering sitting down on a couch in the common area when a waitress came up to me to ask me if I needed any help. She went way out of her way to make me feel welcome and get me seated immediately. A+

Great staff that went out of their way to make our anniversary special (thanks Dani!). Awesome location on the river with trails surrounding. Clean rooms and a year round indoor pool/spa.
