I lived here for a year, and I absolutely LOVED it. I tell people all the time about how incredibly blessed I was to have landlords this amazing as a first-time renter. I truly believe that the only people who left bad reviews are the ones who didn't follow the clearly stated rules of the complex... and they weren't difficult to grasp either. Mike and Vicki were always so sweet to me. They lived directly across from me, and I always felt safe because Mike would always tell me that if I ever felt unsafe, I could talk to him about it. Mike and Vicki would do anything to make this a comfortable and safe residence for their tenants. Mike would go up to people he didn't know who were wandering around the complex and ask them what they were doing there, and since I was a single woman living alone, that made me feel incredibly secure. Ask them to tell you what the apartments were like before they took over... you'll be so impressed.

Yes, if you are late on a payment, they will give you a warning (as they should). They had an issue with a check I gave them, since I was in the middle of switching banks, and they did warn me. BUT they were also extremely understanding and gave me grace. 

I had very very few issues with my apartment, but Mike was always quick to address any of them. I had a leaky sink, and he fixed it within the day. He even switched out my light bulbs for me while he was there. My two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment was very affordable, and since I lived on the top floor, I had beautiful vaulted ceilings! The walls may be a little thin, but it was never a huge issue for me. Great water pressure. Great internet included in the rent.

All this said, If you're someone who likes to "bend the rules" and dodge responsibility, do Mike and Vicki a favor, and find somewhere else to live. BUT if you are an honest and trustworthy tenant who just wants to live in a safe building with nice people, move here and you'll love it!

Vicky is extremely condescending and rude. If you want to be talked down to by someone who doesn't know you, check them out!!

We would have stayed at this aprtment much longer if we didn't have to move to springfield. It was clean when we moved in, the landlord and landlady were friendly and very helpful. This is also the only apartment I've found that has a tornado shelter. The apartments seemed to have thin walls but it was a very peaceful place so it never bothered us. The landlord was also partially responsible for the peace. I never had any problems with them and I seriously doubt anyone not causing trouble would. He told me a couple of stories about getting rid of troublemakers in the past (some of which are responsible for negative reviews) he teeated them fairly but demanded they leave. I have never felt that safe in an apartment complex. Maintenance was also very fast usually within a day or two. I would absolutely recomend this place to anyone looking to live in Branson.

I have lived at Park Place apartments for about a year and it is wonderful. Management is great. Both Vicki and Mike are very sweet and quick to help anytime you need anything. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking. The layout of the apartment is nice and different than your "standard" apartment layout. They keep the complex safe- I don't feel dangerous here. 
This place is worth checking out.
