Upon arriving at our room we were overwhelmed with the stench of horrible body odor & old musk, that was coming from the carpet, since it's so old, it made us gag every time we came back into our room & made us not want to be barefoot. Which I should have known after seeing another review of their room smelling so bad. After we returned from going out we find that neither of our room keys work anymore, we went down the the desk from the 3rd floor, and the desk girl "reactivated our cards" after confirming our name on the room, AND seeing a drivers license, we had to make 3 trips back and forth because none of the cards we kept being given worked, on the 3rd trip, we were issued 2 new cards which only one of those FINALLY worked. Then at breakfast we watched a confrontation with a guest and employee, he accused the employee of throwing away his room key from the table he was just sitting at, and they searched and apologizing and told him they would issue him new ones & asked for his room # he then told the desk girl OUR room number, and we watched as they just issued him a CARD TO OUR ROOM without asked for his name or drivers license or ANYTHING. He then left for the elevators with a key to or room, as my boyfriend followed him in the elevator and I told the employee at the desk what was going on & that that was actually our room & told them the name it's booked under, she said no apology, all she said was "Oh we'll get the card back from him." After he's already left on the elevator going to our room?? I'm sure he just got his #s switched with ours but it's so scary that it's that easy for someone to have access to your room, just because the employee was too intimidated by the aggravated man, to follow policy, and make sure that's actually his room. What if we had kids upstairs sleeping, or all of our valuables laid out in plain sight? On top of that the wifi is awful, it disconnects every time you lock your phone or in the middle of your browsing, so you have to check every time and make sure you're not wasting your data. Just skip this place!!!!

I love staying here. Jeff really is a blessing and I thank God for having us cross paths. I hope the best for the staff here thank you for everything

I really don't have anything negative to say about my experience, but nothing has stood out to my either. Good, solid hotel experience.

Overall, the hotel was clean and well decorated. However, when we inquired about upgrading our room to a suite, we were originally told that this hotel had no suites. However, when asking for a microwave the next day, the new front desk employee asked if we wanted to upgrade to a room that was a suite. Besides that, the rest of our stay was enjoyable.

Nice spacious rooms, comfy bed and roomy bathroom. Breakfast is free but nothing special (cereal, eggs, make your own waffle, etc). There's a small indoor pool and outdoor patio, but we didn't take advantage of the amenities. The hotel is located across from a supermarket, organic grocery store, liquor store, and restaurants. This isn't a vacation hotel, but great if you need to stay in the area.
