Comedian Jeff Zenisek recently stayed here while performing in the area while using our service and had a wonderful stay! The room was awesome, large, clean, and comfortable. Very close to the University, and has a great pool to swim in if you get the chance. There's also a free breakfast in the morning before check out!

Power went out just as we arrived (not their fault) however they never offered any discount or other incentive as we waited in the dark in a warm hotel for the power to come back. The pool was closed because they had to add an extreme amount of chlorine to get it back to usable. We had asked about the pool when making the reservation because we had a large party with kids. So we had 8 kids in four rooms with no TV and no pool for most of the evening. The people were nice and the room clean, but less than ideal conditions.

Great customer care staff was very accommodating. Nice facility with pool indoors. Rooms were clean, updated & comfortable.

I do a lot of traveling and stay at a lot of hotels for my job. I have always been a fan of the Fairfield Inn & Suites. They have always been an extremely reliable place to stay and the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Conway, AR. was no exception. The hotel is located in a very safe neighborhood and I felt very comfortable walking around and parking the car in and around there. We got in late at night, which happens quite a bit, and the lobby was warm and welcoming. The biggest plus about the lobby, they had a variety of drinks, snack and even microwavable meals. It may not seem like much. But when you get in late, you really appreciate a hot meal option that doesn't involve going back out or waiting for a delivery guy. As with all the Fairfield Inn & Suites I have ever stayed in, the room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was stocked with quality soaps and shampoo. Again, this is one of those things you don't entirely appreciate until you don't have them. The Fairfield Inn & Suites are always a quality choice and their location in Conway, AR. lives up to their high standards in every way. Looking for a wonderful place to stay in Conway or outside Little Rock (just over 20 miles away) the Fairfield Inn & Suites is the place for you.
