I am astonished by the way this hotel is set up. I am traveling back home because of a divorce. It’s a very dreary emotion. However, Gwen was so friendly and treated me like a family member. I’ve never stayed somewhere so cheap, but I am so pleasantly surprised. I would consider this place a perfect studio apartment. It is huge and close to anything you need. No internet or cable issues and at a wonderful price. Please give this chance a place.

I went in with one co worker and purchased a double for the night. My co worker mentioned that there was another co worker who had rode with us and would be in to get a room when he was ready. After twenty minutes of repeating to her over an over that we wanted to split the room one night a piece she finally gets us our room but only after she tries to make me go get him to start getting his room. He is grown and can come check into whatever room he wants out of the few around here I left him to pick where he wanted to get his room. She was rude and didn't want to process getting my room ready till he came and paid for his. Then she calls when I'm almost asleep to harass me because he went to a different hotel . She wanted to see if he was in our room but no only the paying customers were and instead of feeling relaxed I felt harassed and sleep deprived. I went in this evening to get a card to have her hollering at me hollering because she didnt like that I told her she was rude when she asked me if I had said that. I'll be calling her boss in the morning to let her know how her employees like to make customers feel harassed and underappreciated. Stay across the street their rate is ten dollars cheaper and they are much more polite. Sincerely will be telling the whole crew to avoid this place every outage we come back to work here from now on!!!!

Enjoying this room better than others! Very big room weekly rates better than others.

The room was nice. Very clean, very quiet. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Staff is very helpful, courteous, and friendly.

Tub had mildew in the bottom of it as well as around the caulking on the floor, there were a few baby roaches crawling around the bathroom walls. The floors were filthy. The heater didnt work well, and being from south Texas and unaccustomed to cold weather, that meant we froze.
