The room was nice. Good amenities. It could have been cleaner. Bathroom was a good size. Shower was a nice size but needs bars placed inside. There was only one and not in the right place. It also needs something for grip on the floor or a seat. It was very slippery. It is an accident waiting to happen. The walls of the shower were not very clean, pink mold was present. Overall a good stay. But could be improved.

I normally stay about 10 or 12 nights per month in hotels. Yes a lot of these have been with Holiday Inn. From the get-go I was treated not fairly at the front desk. This is from not even having the correct room that I specifically booked in my hotel reservation like I always do every time, and 70% of the other Holiday Inns and all Country Inn & Suites seem to see it but this hotel for some reason decides to argue with a customer?? As a pro Advocate and a teacher of customer service myself for a living, I felt this incident was handled about 90% incorrect from the get-go. Not so much as an apology was offered to me? Again I am a businessman and travel over 1,200 miles per week staying in a minimum of three hotels of which most have been Holiday Inn up until this time. Maybe someone should see this and gain from it not take it as a cut down. Use it to help take care of your customers. Those are the ones that cause you to have business and to ultimately lose it.

While the staff were extremely nice, our experience wasn’t a good one. After checking in, my husband pulled back the comforter only to discover a round and foul smelling wet spot on the mattress. He called the desk and they immeditely put us in another room. It wasn’t what I would call extremely clean, but it was ok. The next morning, around 9:30 am, housekeeping entered our room without knocking. Upon realizing it was occupied, they immediately exited. I’ve never had anyone enter without knocking so I had assumed it was my husband. Not a great surprise to find that wasn’t the case. I wouldn’t return.

Check in is at 3:00 and I arrived right at 3:00. First, I had to wait 15-20 minutes for someone at the front desk to help me. Then when I tried to check in to my room the girl said she needed to call someone to make sure the room was ready. They said it wouldn't be ready for another hour. So I couldn't check in to my room even though I was there on time. Very inconvenient. Also, their wifi was down the entire night and following morning. I called the wifi service number and they said that the hotels system just wasn't responding for some reason and there wasn't much they could do. Not happy and really wishing I had booked a different hotel. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Booked a room for two nights to help get our daughter moved back into her dorm. My wife and I were unable to go the first night so our son and daughter went to get us checked in. The person at the desk was rude and talked down to our daughter and seemed to be trying not to let her have our room. Our daughter has checked in for us this way a number of times at this hotel in the past with no problem. When we arrived the next day, we found the room to have a strong moldy smell and peeling paint on the wall where it looked like the roof had leaked. We were given another room and while we were changing rooms, I spoke to another guest in the hall who said that their room also smelled strongly of mold. Our second room also smelled a little of mold. We've stayed here multiple times in the past and everything has always been great.
