This hotel was clean and the room we had included a small living room area with a pull out couch. This space was awesome to hang out with others in our group who were in different rooms. Nice to have a place to sit that isn't the bed. The staff was incredibly welcoming and checking in and out was a breeze. Breakfast was pretty standard hotel breakfast fare but everything was clean and appetizing. We enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Clean rooms, good breakfast and wonderful staff.  My husband and I flooded during Harvey and the whole group of employees have been terrific.  From the front desk to the housekeeping staff. I can not thank them enough.

Clean and acceptable. Friendly assistant manager helped me checking in and made sure I chose the best room they had available. Facility is shabby by typical standards of the chain though. Still a good place to stay in Conroe

I stayed in 2 executive suites for my wedding. I was offered a complimentary beer when I arrived, which made nervous me very happy. The first suite I stayed in had a bit of a smell, but nothing overwhelming. It also had a slow draining sink, which was a pain when I shaved my face. Other than this the first room was pretty nice. The second executive suite I stayed in didn't have the issues of the first, but it's AC froze, which made the took uncomfortable. I called the front desk, and they swapped the second executive suite for a smaller king size bed room, in addition to a cost reduction due to it being a cheaper room. While my stay had some snags, everyone I spoke to was very accommodating, and my overall stay was pleasant.

My husband, family, and I stayed here the weekend of our wedding and everyone we encountered was extremely accomadating. Property and rooms are well kept and clean. Mike, Laura, and Megan are very very helpful and kind! There even was a mix up with our reservation (not on the hotel side) but because of a miscommunication between my husband and I, and even several months later, management was more than willing to help and process a refund. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
