I'm not sure why this monthly visit was so below par but it was! The tv kept messing up. Had to keep turning it on and off just to get a clear picture. The bedside lamps didn't work so the room was too dark to do much. The fridge didn't work...so couldn't keep our drinks cold. This is NOT how things usually are...as I said before...we have to come down every month for my doctor appointment and stay here. Guess it was just bad luck.

Refrigerator did not work. Front desk wanted to move me instead of switching refrigerator. Called 1 800 and was informed that I could be contacted regarding issue in upwards of a week. Wow.

This is a ZERO star hotel! Had to put 1 star to get this review up.  My resereved room was given to someone else. The room my family and I were given was filthy. There was urine and hair on the bathroom floor. There was some kind of sticky substance on the side of the tub. We ended up packing up and having to stay 20 minutes away because everything around us was booked. I called the hotel the next morning to inform the manager, and the guy who answered the phone was rude. Worst  experience  ever!!

Aside from the back and forth fight with an anonymous person on the 4th floor who kept stopping my work boots from drying, I must say that it’s been a blessing to have somewhere to sleep. After being homeless for two weeks a being blessed with a week worth of staying here, everything is perfect, I’m just waiting for the free breakfast in the morning cause my stomach is growling as you’re reading this.

I love it here. This is my favorite hotel. The staff is always nice. Breakfast in the morning is always hot and ready oh and the best part if you forget something they most of the time have it. The bath tubs are always clean and yes they make you want to take a bath in them . The towels are extra big and the beds are extra fluffy. They let pets stay and everything.
