It sucks never go here. Unprofessional and slow as can be. If I could give a zero I would. Waited 5 hours in yhe er

Will never go here again. Waited over 3 hours which was expected in the ER but then had a doctor make a diagnosis without taking any medical history or getting a medication list. He spent 2 seconds in the room and told me nothing was wrong with a spider Bite and that it was just a bump. I was unhappy with his diagnosis so I went to another hospital and was hooked up to IV antibiotics and told I had been bitten by a spider and needed treatment. I complained to the patient care management but I wasn't taken serious. They told me that there was no reason for the doctor to take my medical history or get a medication list. I even presented paperwork from the other hospital with what I was diagnosed with and told the other hospital was wrong. Rude people and clearly not good at their jobs.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been. They were in violation of HIPAA yelling things across the room. Then the doctor decided to talk to the nurses about fishing and yelling across the room about ordering Chinese food. All meanwhile my boyfriend has been waiting 45 minutes to be seen by a doctor who has only seen one patient. This place is ridiculous!
