Went there today. After I slipped and fell down my stairs at home. I thought I was ok, until I was in a lot of pain and my ankle was swollen so big that I couldn't walk. Then I couldn't see my doctor, which lead me to the emergency room. I was actually discharged without a diagnosis. When I asked the discharge nurse, she seemed to be confused. About 5 minutes after she walked out the room the nurse practitioner that saw me first, came in to tell me it wasn't broke. As fast as he appeared, he disappeared. Another nurse walked in to tell me that she forgot I was there and that was the reason my care was ignored. They forgot! I don't understand how they can just forget. Luckily for me, I was not life threatening. But I can't help to wonder how many times have they forgotten about somebody that was in a life threatening condition. I would not recommend Springs Memorial Hospital to anybody.

I was in the hospital for 2 days and had a heart Cath done and the I get a bill for 78,315.29. Then I get another bill for 88,771.64, this hospital is a ripoff. I will never go back to hospital ever again. Try to find out now how I get two bill with two different Balances on them.

This is the worst experience I have had regarding my sons mental health in 6 years. There is so much I could add, where to even begin. This place is an absolute joke. Therapist Allison was absolutely clueless and had no compassion for my son or myself whatsoever. Allison called to basically tell me there was little to no hope of my son getting better, I cried nyself to sleep. Next day Allison the super therapist, calls again to tell me my son has not been taking his meds and I said well no wonder why he isnt getting better??? Why did you tell me there was little hope of him getting better? The main doctor is almost 80 years old and was lacking skills to care for the severe mentally ill. Today I have picked up my son with less than 24 hours notice, and we live 5 hrs away. I was not allowed to speak to my son because he had no phone privileges???? Are you kidding me? They released my son when he is still completely in a psychosis, even have paperwork that states it. When we arrived he was sitting at the ER with a damaged rotator cuff from being manhandled the day before. I had to find where he was and bring him back to the facility myself with his arm in a sling. Then Megan at the front desk asked for me to sign him out, and im like I just picked him up at er im not signing anything for you! This place shouldn't be allowed to treat animals let alone our loved ones. Please stay away from here. Do not subject anyone you love to this joke of a treatment center!!!! To the staff why dont you try treating our loived ones like you would for your own loved ones? How much different the treatment would be!!!!

I was warned about this place and now I know why. Terrible place, they don't work with the people and charge HUGE fees for nothing. They don't care.

ICU has Japanese beetles flying all over the place. In the week that my mother-in-law was in the ICU, I killed over 100 of these beetles in her room
