I chose Fairwinds because it's local, not a corporate bank, friendly, and provides all the banking services I need. I've been a satisfied customer for many years and highly recommend them.

To be honest don't even deserve one star. Bad service horrible app, Random service charges. Not worth even visiting nor banking with, one of the worst banks. Everyone I know will say the same thing.

This place has gone down. They mess up my money in the past two months by messing up credit card payments and checks. I dont recommend this place until they clean up their errors and actually care about their clients and not just send them off because they dont want to deal with your issues.

Normally I have a very good experience with this branch but this is a "one-off" I had to acknowledge. I went to the drive-thru with the intention of depositing a check in my account. I drove up to the window and the teller was assisting another customer in the outer lane - she never welcomed me when I drove up and it took a while before she open the draw for my deposit. Meanwhile the draw still stayed open and she was asking the other person questions about a check that he may have been depositing himself. After waiting unnecessarily I took back my deposit and left - this whole episode almost made me late for work. As for the deposit I had to come back and use the ATM - a much better experience.

Is something like this standard procedure? If so, it's not a good practice for someone who has an account with Fairwinds.

Not even a banking customer but had to go in there twice in one day for a cash advance and they were very warm and friendly.
