Awful staff, no greetings ,no courtesey which is their main thing . Also takes 2 (and the only ones in there ) staff members to take care of 1 person. Noone even offered help nor called another assistant. I waited 1 hour so I just scratched my name off the list and left. Goldenrod location is way better and they always have someone walking around letting customers know that theyll be shortly. HORRIBLE HORRBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE .

STAFF AT THIS BANK IS HORRIBLE.  Unless they can make money off of you they couldn't care less.  Promises of call backs, rude customer service, and they screwed up my address and sent my banking info to a 7 year old address after we corrected it in their branch.  I have no tolerance for the lying that they demonstrated.  Paul was nice but completely inept...  Thinking of changing banks altogether...

These people are terrible. Guy didn't give me back my drivers license. I come back the next day to get it then they telling me I need a second state license to get my drivers license back. WTF???!! My face is on the drivers license why do I need to have another ID to get it back. Had to cuss the manager and almost called the cops because they were holding it from me.

Every time I go there everyone is nice, helpful and make me feel welcomed. Never have I ever had a bad experience at this Wells Fargo. And it's not just one worker there, all of the workers I have encounter there are very polite and friendly. I prefer this Wells Fargo than the one on the corner of University and Goldenrod.
