From the moment we pulled onto the lot at Family Motors yesterday,  Darrell went out of his way to help us, even with my very strict budget.  We were shown several cars that fit what I had to spend and Darrell was kind and patient the entire time without being pushy.  We left without deciding but within a few hours we went back and drove away with a wonderful car! Everyone at the dealership was great and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a no pressure buying experience.  Thanks so much Darrell for making a frustrating experience one of the best I've had!

I had an awesome experience when the people at this Family Motors 5 on Kempsville Rd in Virginia Beach, VA. The person that assisted me Darrell Vinson was awesome, awesome. He was very very helpful in understanding my needs and making sure that I left the dealership in a vehicle that was clean reliable and I could make payments on. I would recommend this dealership and Darrell Vinson to everyone. Thank you Family Motors on Kempsville Road.

This was a very efficient experience. We told them what we wanted and it was there the next day. Darrell was very personable  and friendly.  I will definitely recommend to others Thank you for the great experience it took my husband a month to find his first vehicle.i wasn't looking forward to that again...now a one day experience and he loves your choice for us

this is a GREAT place to go to buy a car. i just bought my car here from a saleswoman names Chase and shes so sweet knows what she is talking about and will get you the deal you are looking for !! if you are looking to buy a good running car go here and ask for Chase Garrison and she will help you with anything and everything and questions you have she will answer them on the spot !!! i definitely recommend going here and ask for Chase !
