I ABSOLUTELY recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a NICE used car! I am a first time car buyer, and Travis was my guy !!! He was amazing ! He not only gave me an awesome price for my trade in, but he also helped me find the Jeep I wanted! Travis and Vince were so helpful ! These guys are so professional, and really easy to work with ! They answered all my questions, and didn’t haggle me at all! They were very cooperative, and this place is just overall an exciting dealership to buy A car from ! Make sure to ask for Travis when you go! :)

I was so impressed with the team at the Car Exchange.  Although I was concerned with dealing with a used car dealership, they clearly had a lot of integrity and weren't interested in taking advantage of anyone.  Vince, in particular, was very patient and informative in working through the process.  I appreciated the respect and service I received at The Car Exchange!

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE! They are the definition of slimy used car dealership. They sold me a used car at a reasonable price, nothing wrong with that part. However, as part of the sale, I paid for an extended service contract. Well within the terms of the contract, the transmission had a problem and there was a $1,800 repair needed. When I called the service company to pay for the repair, it was relayed to me that the Car Exchange did not actually submit a service contract for me. They just pocketed the money. I tried for months to work with the Car Exchange to get some compensation, etc., but they refused. They stated I needed to take the process to arbitration, itself a costly process. The amount is too low to interest lawyers and the Car Exchange ignored the complaint I placed with the Virginia Consumer Protection Bureau. Again, frauds. Spend your money with more honest businessmen, especially on a major purchase like a car.

I bought my first car so I didn’t have much 
knowledge in the department. They took advantage of the fact that i was a young female. When I bought the car it didn’t have an oil change & the alternator went bad within 2 weeks. The dealership made me pay for the new alternator. On top of that they put a junk yard alternator in my car after stating it was a new part. They also installed it incorrectly and a week later my car caught fire. Do not go to this place they are rude & nasty. They will give you a lemon.

Just purchased a 08 Saturn outlook from Zach, the experience was IMPECCABLE!!!!!!!!! The vehicle was clean and looked just like the online Photos. He provided nothing less than a amazing customer experience. I traveled 5 hours to buy this SUV and I do not regret one hour :)!!! If your looking to purchase reach out you will not regret it!
