Extremely satisfied with the customer service at Courtesy Auto Sales.  John went above and beyond to ensure that our daughter got the best deal on her first major purchase! Never once did we feel pressured or talked into anything. Initially we had secured a loan with an outside bank, or so we thought, this outside bank strung us along for over 7 days of chaos, hate and discontent. John continually reassured us that he would take care of us and everything would work out. He and his team not only had us approved in less then a couple hours, but got us a rate substantially lower and by far with better terms! I guess everything happens for a reason.
While in finance,Justin took the time to explain to our daughter what the different forms meant in detail. Bailey, the sales dog greeted us and made sure we felt welcome! 
We will definitely be a customer  for life!  I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I went to Courtesy Auto Sales today, and i will never forget it. I had the best experience in buying a vehicle. John Curtice the sale rep there help me out a great deal! He made the process simple and easy! John made me feel comfortable, considering i was nervous about making the purchase. I love my car and they 5stars from me! Thanks everybody at Courtesy!

Highly professional, awesome and courteous staff, great environment!!! I went to Courtesy Auto Sales one day not knowing what to expect from the name and looks of the place. I searched for my ultimate want, a Toyota 4 Runner, for a few months before coming across the one I found online at Courtesy. I contacted the number online and got a response immediately from my soon-to-be salesman, Chuck. Manager Chuck, who also owns a 4 Runner, was extremely professional through the phone and made me feel like an "at home" customer even before arriving! I was greeted pleasantly upon arrival and treated with utmost professionalism and respect while overlooking and test driving the SUV. Little did I know, I'd buy the 4 Runner right there on the spot! Steve, another salesman at Courtesy Auto, also assisted me by answering my questions thoroughly and finishing the sale (and offering me beverages and top-notch hospitality). They allowed me to take the vehicle home that same night and even washed it for me! Since purchasing my new baby, I have kept in great touch with both Chuck and Steve who have been helpful with anything I need for the 4 Runner. I highly recommend Courtesy Auto Sales!

The dealership is stellar! If I could rate them 10 stars, I would. I made some mistakes during my purchase. Entirely MY fault. But, this dealership stepped up to the plate AND BEYOND to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Such a great experience dealing with this place! I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a great deal on a great vehicle.

My sales person was John C. he was very helpful and got me in the car I wanted. Also helped me get car insurance on the car at a good amount down.I forgot to say the process was fast and I was out there in no time. Thank you again John!!!! Out of all the dealerships I've been to Courtesy is the best,there fast and also makes you feel welcomed. Most importantly they made sure to get me into a car.
