Tiny store, typical Sugarhouse parking madhouse. They were kind enough to hold a pair of shoes in a size I needed when we called from another store. Friendly and competent staff.

Civilization has taught us that footwear is as important for progress as pockets. Famous Footwear, so named because it carries famous brands such as Nike, Adidas, Converse and more, has a wide selection of brands, sizes and styles, equally distributed between men and women. I always find the store to be low pressure with help when you need it and they leave you alone when you don't want help. It's a prefect balance. One last tip — bring your own socks to try on shoes.

Not helpful. I had a coupon that expired the day before (I didn't realize it of course) and I needed to buy a quick pair of shoes. It took forever to figure out the coupon and come to find out the cashier won't accept it. He wouldn't work with me at all. I asked if he could honor the coupon since they are always emailing me stuff and I was just a day late and he was super rude and refused. This has happened before with a friend and they accepted the coupon anyways. You have lost a customer for life because of your poor customer service!
