I always have a pleasant experience when I visit Aldo. Both locations, City Creek & Fashion Place, have great staff. They are consistently friendly and helpful. Whenever they don't have what I need, they always offer to have it shipped for me. They continue to meet customer expectations.

At the time when I had my "experience" with Aldo I was pretty upset. Now I just laugh at the stupidity of it. I bought a pair a shoes but I ended up with two miss matched shoes. The woman I bought the shoes from only handed me one shoe and then kept the box at the front when I was trying it on. When I checked out she didn't even look inside the box. She just threw the other shoe in and then checked me out. Now whenever I need shoes I go in to see the physical shoes. Then I go home and buy them online as to avoid the inadequacy of the sales reps.

They didn't have any of the shoes I wanted in store, so paid for them in the store and then had them shipped to me. It took 13 days for the shoes to even arrive in Salt Lake City (it's supposed to take like 9 max) and then when I called to check on where my shoes were at, I was on hold for 45 minutes with customer service. Overall, I would say they need to step it up, this was an awful experience
