I'm not a big fan of department stores, but the men's clothing selection here seems to have improved a lot, and the service I received was top-notch, very courteous, and very professional. The suit and dress shirt selection here in particular was much improved since my last visit awhile ago, and I think the price point is good for the quality that you get (esp with the end of year sales). I ended up with several top quality items including one of my best looking suits for much less than I have paid for other suits.

Had an amazing experience working with John Hartley. He is so helpful and nice!! It’s hard to find people that truly care and John is one of those guys!! So glad you have amazing employees like him!! I will definitely be back!!

I have been to Nordstrom MANY times, but I have never had as good as an experience as I did yesterday evening with my salesperson. Diane Long was super helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. I will definitely continue coming to this location because of her.

The cosmetics counter will do your makeup for free with a $50 purchase of any brand. Ask for Stevie! Very friendly and fun to talk to. She made me look flawless!! She helped recommend a good foundation for my skin type.

Nordstrom is Nordstrom, because... 1. Their customer service is exemplary 2. Their locations are bright and well-appointed 3. Their merchandise is never disorganized 4. Their selection covers range of price points The City Creek location is no different. They have been my go-to for cosmetics while on business trips to Salt Lake and the sales associate generously created several samples for me!
