Terrible service. I️ went there on November 2nd to order shoes and the girl was clearly new to the store so she had trouble placing my order the manager or her coworkers (one with colorful hair) was super rude to her she was very inpatient with her making her feel stupid right in front of me I️ felt so bad for the new girl. I️ went there today to check on my order and some tall guy with glasses and semi long hair that works there told me in a straight forward and way that it takes two weeks to get to the store he didn’t even check on the order, didn’t apologize for it taking so long. Nothing. Terrible service. Never shopping there again they don’t know how to treat their employees nor they’re customers.

Jordan was so helpful tonight. He was great at multi tasking with other customers and was so sweet about looking for other sizes. My favorite part of my Clarks experience was that Jordan triple checked to make sure my order from another store was correct and explained the process thoroughly. Thanks for the great customer service!!

I went in for some service and a question on some shoes that I owned, and the sales associate made me feel very uncomfortable. I recently visited another location on Texas (where I did not have the shoes with me), and that sales associate was very friendly and gave me hope that Clark would help solve my concerns with my damaged shoes, and told me to visit the City Creek Center in Salt Lake City, Utah location. When I went to the location in Salt Lake City, that sales associate appeared to be too busy to help me. When I received help and told the associate my dilemma and my recent visit to Texas, he said, "Well why didn't you return the shoes there?" He went further to explain that there is a lot of turn over in the company and this person I talked to in Texas didn't know the policies. With my need for new shoes, I asked to look around, and he pointed me in the direction of the clearance shoes. Shortly after looking around for a couple minutes the associate approached me again, and recommended a Cobbler to repair my shoes. Not only did I feel belittled by this associate, he also made me feel like I was a liar and I could not afford his shoes. I like Clarks shoes and have worn them for years, so I contacted Clarks through email directly but there has been no response.
