The worst experience of my effing life. Do NOT ever order from this location they charged me for something I didn’t get charged my card 23 dollars in tip money I didnt authorize I actually gave the man 3 dollars tip in cash for a dry pizza which was prepared different then I ordered so it wasn’t right charged for ranch I never received. Then when it came time for my refund I was being direct eyed back and forth then when finally got help from the call center the store said he has to get a hold of his boss and then the accountant just to refund me my money. The food was so dry half warm and all around looked gross they are not cooperative. Was suppose to send my correct order never did . Do not order from her keep your money I promise it’s not worth it . If I could give them 0 stars I would

Online ordering estimated my carry out time to be 7:05 PM. I showed up at 7:04pm.  My pizza had already turned cold, and was not sitting in a warmer. Either don’t make the pizza 20 min before you should, or make sure every pizza gets put into the warmer.

Save your money or spend it else where. I ordered online, a pizza for delivery.... waited and waited no pizza. Called the store  and was told I never orderd a pizza. Hung up and looked at my online receipt and it shows a phone number I don't recognize. Called the store back and provided the number listed in the order... I was told it was voided out. Knock no answer and the phone # was disconnected.. I went down to the store to complain and the manager blamed me. For the record I was sitting 10 ft from the door, my dog nor myself never heard anyone knock....  order somewhere else and persevere your peace. This place is nothing but a disappointment.

I phoned in the order and by the time I got there it was ready and was correct. Every time I place an order to pick up I've never had them mess and order up yet I would definitely recommend anyone to go to that Pizza Hut location to pick up a pizza or have it delivered.

If I could give this place no stars I would’ve! I ordered online and payed online and go pick my food up and David  tells me that it didn’t go through so I still had to pay. They he gets smart and tells me he was going to give my food anyway if I didn’t pay for it. So I go to my transactions on my mobile app for my bank and sure enough it says Pizza Hut on it and it took the money from my acct. So I called corporate and the rep on the phone even stated that it went through and David behind the counter stated that they were having system issues still denied me my food. I Was embarrassed beyond words! David and Pizza Hut should be ashamed especially when i showed him it took the money from my acct.
