I  had my first appointment last week with Mark's Automotive after a friend referred me there.  Being a female who knows nothing about cars, I always dread the experience of dealing with anything related to automobiles. My fears were relieved quickly, as  I was greeted promptly when I walked in, the reason for my visit was addressed promptly, I was given easy to understand options of how to handle my situation.  All with absolutely no pressure. They were very honest with me, and I walked out a satisfied customer. Also, the others in the waiting area were long-time customers and had nothing but good to say about your company.

BIG THANK YOU!!!  To Mark & company. My Son, new to the area, State of Tennessee, travels 6 hours 1 way often. Just out of college and beginning that "real world" life that we all had to be initiated by. Bad things happen. GOOD people help others.
