My grandfather use to say, "You can tell a lot about a mechanic by how busy their shop stays." And this is oh so true about Madison Muffler.

I've done business here since I moved back to Madison twelve years ago and there's never been a bad experience. Honest doesn't begin to describe these guys. Most recently I put my car in the shop for suspension work -- not a cheap job -- but to have your regular mechanics attempt to dissuade from doing it because of the age of the vehicle is priceless. Not because the car is a money pit, or because it wasn't needed. All because resale value is near the cost of the suspension work you're wanting done.

Ultimately, they'll fix anything you want repaired so long as you understand the cost involved. And the repairs will be done in a very timely manner. Second to best thing is you don't have to feel like you're out of the loop of knowing what's going on. Anyone is welcome to stop by at any time to see what's going on with their vehicle. But the absolute best thing about them is knowing the price will be fair and honest.

Excellent service and friendly people who are willing to help you get the best service possible for your car. Always honest and let you know what you need to do and save you time and money. Giving you honest answers about your car needs. I wouldn't trust my car to any other place!

I've used MM twice now, great experiences. Honest, personable, fair, willing to go the extra mile, but not trying to gouge you for money. I definitely recommend David & the crew at MM! 

My dad is a mechanic & MM reminds me of the good old days of friendly auto shops, not corporate shills trying to sell you blinker fluid & muffler bearings. 😆

I went there and was treated very well. The guys discussed what needed to be done and helped me do it within my budget . 
The end result was a very well done job by Cody and my truck has never been so quite.
Highly recommended
