Went here to get French braids. The wait wasn't that long maybe 10min. But oddly they kept insisting that I get four or more braids and I don't know why but I said no I wanted two because I felt as though that would better on me anywho. She didn't do the braids how I wanted for the most part secondly she braided my hair too tight causing my scalp to hurt a lot even having a scab or such in my hair. I wanted my money's worth but I said the hell with it and took my hair out a couple days later. I wouldn't go back there ever again not even recommend a friend either! Ladies please save your money and find somewhere else to go!!!

Went there for senegalese twist and two women attended to me. Showed a picture and they promised they were the best. But to my greatest suprise they didn't even know what they were doing got the worst braids of my life. Very hurrible those laies for sure are just there to earn a living not that they really profesdional braiders. Got the worst braids of my life. Going back there to have them take it out as i can't carry such on my head. Don't waste your money😶🙄😟😟

Had my hair done 3 weeks ago. Went to get the braids tightened that were loose and they wanted to charge me 60.00 which was a ripoff. If you want to get awesome service go to fatty's hair braiding instead.

The service was terrible. I asked for a certain hair style and they responded rudely. One of the ladies  in the shop responded by laughing at my request, while the other lady just didn't want to do it. I was told they were making calls to see if someone else can come in and they did no such thing. They spoke in french saying they was going to pretend to call not knowing that my mother understands french. They, then, try to recommend me another hair style for a " good price", but charge me the same amount as the hair style I originally wanted. I, of course turned it down. They did my mom hair and didn't do a good job, their  was hair left upbraided. She had to go back. So, as you can see this shop is terrible and i don't recommend it all. Don't waste your money.

looked very nice the first day but it didnt even last a week before it was falling apart, loose, and hair coming out of the actual marley twist. it took alot longer thab the 4 hrs i was promised and i was yold if i had any issues in the first 2weeks of having them that they wud fix them but it took forever for them to respond and when i came i was rushed to a point they only fixed some of the front and left all of the loose ones in the back and sides. i keep calling and still no answer to resolve the issue so i gave up... i will not be returning to this shop their service was very poor.
